Why did we build HeyHappy?
We care a lot about customer experience, and we wanted a simple way to understand how our customers actually feel. The tools we tried felt too heavy, so we built something simpler.
Is HeyHappy actively maintained?
Yes. We use HeyHappy every day inside our own MSP, so it’s something we’re constantly improving. Most updates come from real-world use and customer feedback.
Can I try it out?
Yes. If you’re interested, we’re happy to give you a quick walkthrough and then get you set up with access so you can try it in your own environment.
Why isn’t there more information or screenshots on the site?
HeyHappy started as an internal tool. Most people hear about it through word of mouth or places like Reddit. Instead of building a bunch of marketing pages, we’ve found it’s easier to just show you how it works.
Who is HeyHappy for?
It was originally built for our MSP using ConnectWise Manage, but it can be integrated with other systems as well. If you’d like to explore that, feel free to reach out at chris@heyhappy.io
Are you trying to turn this into a big software company?
No. We built HeyHappy to solve a need inside our own business. If it helps other businesses improve their customer experience, we’re happy to let other businesses use it.
Does HeyHappy have a cost to use?
We haven’t put set pricing around it. If you find it useful, we can work out a reasonable cost that helps us maintain it and continue improving it.
